We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am, and after a brief introduction to your guide, we’ll drive to Tarangire National Park, a 2-hour journey. Renowned for its diverse landscapes and ancient Baobab trees, Tarangire boasts the highest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. During our game drive, we’ll focus on recent animal sightings; while predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards are more elusive, herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras are frequently visible.
Following the game drive, we’ll enjoy lunch at the river picnic site, where you can relax and take in the scenic views. Be prepared for playful encounters with small monkeys and baboons. After lunch, we’ll continue exploring the park before heading to Marera View Lodge around 5:30 pm for dinner and an overnight stay.
